Philip J. Rapa

Philip J. Rapa (Phil) is a former Vice President of the University of Southern California and an award-winning management consultant to nonprofit organizations. He is highly skilled in strategic planning, marketing/branding, fund development, board development, policy and governance, executive leadership, and management development.

 

Clients include secondary and higher education, homeless shelters, performing arts organizations, rescue missions, hospitals and hospital foundations, and faith-based organizations, to name a few.
