What is your consulting fee?

Our fees are charged hourly or monthly  retaining contingent on the assignment. The fees for consultation depend on the nature and complexity of the assignment and length of time required to complete the assignment. Given a complimentary consultation, we are pleased to prepare a proposal for your review based on the need identified.

 

Do you offer strategic planning services?

Yes, our consultants work with administrative and board members to help them identify the “best practices” for an effective strategic plan.

 

Are your consultants available to travel throughout the United States?

Yes, travel and accommodations are charged in addition to our consulting fees.

 

Do you facilitate board retreats?

Yes, board retreats can be arranged for one day or multiple days.

 

Are the consultants available for pro bono work?

We frequently offer pro bono informational sessions to the administrators, board members, and staff. A low-cost fee is charged for those wishing to enroll in our 

“Business of Philanthropy” series.

 

Is there a process for profiling individuals seeking to serve on a specific nonprofit board?

We propose participating in our round table meetings. The meetings offer you the opportunity to network with colleagues and learn the mission and purpose of a nonprofit.

We have successfully represented hospital foundations, educational institutions, homeless shelters, and faith-based organizations to name a few.
